They can make Lift Master opener that you think can’t work anymore to work like there was never an issue. Supplied and programmed for us 2 new remotes. Now that work was done I can tell you that Prince William Garage Door Repair & Installation is the company to call if you need overhead door service.

I've purchased replacement parts from time to time from Prince William Garage Door company. From window grills to remote openers. Each time, whether it be the ladies at the desk or Ricky on the phone, the service is top notch. I always walk out of the showroom thinking to myself, "Why can't every company be like this one?" A lot of companies can learn a lot from you! It's all about customer service and you take it to a new level. Very nice!!

Spring broke on a Friday I wasn't able to call until Monday. They came out on Tuesday and replaced both sides (not just the broken one), checked the opener and lubricated the door so it's much quieter. Professional, courteous, prompt service by a real garage door pro. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

We recently bought and had a new Haas garage door installed by Prince William Garage. They also installed a new Marantec 1/2 hp garage door opener. So far, we are completely satisfied. It is a nice looking high quality door and the opener is extremely quiet. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. They sent someone to the house to measure ahead of the order being processed. And our cost was exactly what was estimated. No surprises. Once the order was placed, it did take an extra week past the estimated two weeks to get it installed, but I didn't think that was worth deducting a star. Other people have rated Prince William Garage down for followup on problems. I don't anticipate any problems as it seems to be working great, but if problems arise, and I am not happy with the response I will update this review. But, I highly recommend them at this point.

We stopped by the Manassas showroom to see doors from several brands and learn more about them. Their salesman Ricky greeted us and could not have been friendlier. We told him right away that this was for a house we are building in Cape Cod, so he knew that this was not going to lead to a sale for him. Even so, he was incredibly helpful, and his passion for and knowledge of garage doors was amazing! He gave us honest assessments about the different brands and models. He listened to our needs and recommended a couple of models that would best suit what we were looking for and give us the best bang for our buck. I wish we could buy the doors from Ricky because he was so honest and helpful. I’m hopeful some of you will read this review and make it up to Ricky by giving him your business based on my recommendation. I cannot recommend Ricky and Prince William Garage Door highly enough!!

My family and I was looking for a new garage door. We looked everywhere and we found Prince William Garage Doors to be the cheapest and the most affordable doors. But don’t let that fool you, their service is one of the best I’ve ever had. They work with you 1 on 1 through the whole process, including Walking you through the crazy process of the homeowners association. Thanks Everybody you are GREAT!!!!

Great service! Have used them several times over the years for different reasons. Always do a great job and reasonably priced. The last job was a new garage door opener and installation was done quickly and efficiently.

I have had 4 garage doors installed by Prince William Garage Door over the past few months. I am so impressed by the quality of the products they sell. The installation was done in a timely manner. The office staff was so helpful from beginning to end!

Very pleasant folks to deal with. Important to me is when they tell me they will arrive at a certain time they are on time or let me know in advance if there is an issue preventing it.

On Sunday 4/16.. discovered that my garage door was all messed up. Called them the next day(Monday) and they sent someone to my house to assess the damaged.They told me that the door is beyond repair. I went to their showroom and they recommended a more durable and better brand than the one I currently have.. and much better and less expensive than the one Home Depot suggested. They scheduled the work for the following day-Tuesday( Home Depot would only schedule it in two weeks). They came out to install the next day ( as promised). Installer was very friendly and professional. Did a wonderful and clean job- in fact he noticed that two of the panels were damaged and he had to drive back to their warehouse to get a replacement. The doors are the quietest lifts.. far better than what I had. Doors really look durable and very nice. Thank you Prince William Garage Door for your recommendation, wonderful, timely and efficient work. Thumbs ( way up) to you!!!!

I needed a 16' garage door strut to fix a sagging garage door panel. I phoned many businesses all over Fairfax and Prince William counties. This one was the only company that would sell me a strut and at a very reasonable price. They were great, friendly and helpful. Would trust them for any type of garage job.

Well after 13 years of service the old opener gave up. Called PW garage door and they replaced it the next day!! New one is belt driven and extremely quite. May not matter to some however its below the bedroom. The guys are friendly and professional. Thank You PW Garage Door. Dave and Heather
